4. Calls & Text Messages (SMS)

JPAR Real Estate (brokerage). As a licensed agent with JPAR Real Estate, James Armel operates under a licensed brokerage. Transaction-related information may be shared with JPAR Real Estate as required by Maryland law and brokerage policy.

CRM / follow-up tools. Your contact information is entered into a real estate CRM (customer relationship management) platform to manage follow-up and communications. This platform does not sell or use your data for its own marketing.

Service providers. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (e.g., email delivery, website hosting) who help us operate this site. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients or the public.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
